Welcome to HAPAC
The Haitian American Political Action Committee(HAPAC) is headquartered in Miami, Florida. HAPAC is a registered PAC in the State of Florida. The principal mission of the PAC is to empower individuals with the desire to become public servants. Since 1997, HAPAC has helped numerous aspiring politicians get into public office. Our members have tirelessly knocked on doors, provided financial and technical assistance to candidates.
HAPAC is a non-partisan Political Action Committee. Its members are from all walks of life and share different political views. The organization is governed by a 7-member board commonly referred to as the Board of Directors. These individuals do not oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, however, they vote on special issues and matters related to the organization on a grander scale.
The Haitian American Political Committee is very active in state and local election contests. HAPAC is a strong organization of concerned citizens. We function independently with no subsidies by any groups or candidates. We advocate on behalf of our community. Our loyalty is to the constituents.
